Hi, I’m Laurel Lee Cane, and I’m here to support you and your child through life’s challenges.
As an Associate Therapist, I specialize in helping children, teens, and families build resilience, manage emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s struggles. I use a variety of proven approaches tailored to your child’s unique needs, including Play Therapy, Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. For children, play and creative expression are often the keys to unlocking their thoughts and feelings in a safe, supportive environment.
Whether your child is navigating anxiety, big transitions, or emotional challenges, my goal is to help them feel seen, understood, and empowered to take small but meaningful steps toward a happier, more confident life. For parents, I’m here to partner with you, offering tools and guidance to better support your child along the way.
I also speak Tagalog, which allows me to connect with families in a way that feels more familiar and supportive for those who share this language.
Reaching out for help is a courageous first step, and you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk this journey with you and your family, one step at a time.
